We recommend using the Day ‘N’ Nite Face Wash twice daily—morning and night. The Instant Moisturizing Mist can be applied throughout the day as often as desired. The Mouth Tape is best used nightly, and the Exfoliating Brush can be used as needed.

When you place your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to track your package. If you are unable to locate your tracking number or have any other questions regarding shipping, please contact support@insanelyclean.com

Please contact us at support@insanelyclean.com as soon as possible. Unfortunately, updates and cancellation requests cannot always be accommodated. After a certain stage of order processing, orders can no longer be modified, but we will do our best to assist.

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email shortly after that includes an order tracking link. If you created an account, you can log into your Insanely Clean account to see your order status and history.

Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Rest assured, worldwide shipping will be available soon!

We do not ship internationally at this time, but please sign up for our email newsletter to be the first to know when Insanely Clean is available in your country.

You will be notified of your shipping costs at the online checkout. After entering your shipping address, the cost will be displayed on the checkout page.

Processing normally takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1:00 pm EST are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Billing

Your credit card will be charged as soon as the order has been processed. That is to say, expect a charge within 3-5 business days.

Unfortunately, we cannot change your billing address after the order has been processed. Rest assured, your order will still arrive at your door.

Subscription Management

Yes! You can update your email address, shipping information, subscription frequency, product selection, and quantity. You can also skip upcoming orders, pause, resume, cancel, or reactivate your subscription at any time.

If you’ve created an account on our site, you can log in to manage your subscription directly from your account. If you didn’t create an account, no worries—every customer who places a subscription order can still view and edit their subscription using the “magic link” included in every subscription email.
