Absolutely not! All of our products are cruelty free.

Are your products paraben-free?
Yes!
Are your products safe to use on a daily basis?
Yes. We recommend using the Day ‘N’ Nite Face Wash twice a day; AM & PM. The Instant Moisturizing Mist can be used throughout the day as often as desired.
Are your products clean?
Insanely Clean’s standards for clean beauty are very high. All of our products are science-backed, vegan, parabens free, sulfates free, phthalates free, silicone free, toxin free, cruelty free, and are dermatologist-tested.

Instant moisturizing mist
How do I use the instant moisturizing spray?
Close eyes and spray 3 to 5 pumps all over a clean face. Allow mist to dry before applying products on top. Repeat throughout the day as often as desired.
What are the benefits of the moisturizing spray?
This mist gives your face a surge of hydration! It also helps to reduce the appearance of shine and soothe redness, especially after shaving.
When do you use this product?
You can use this product anytime of the day, preferably over a clean face.
How much of this product do I use?
We recommend spraying 3-5 pumps, but there is no such a thing as too much hydration!
Day 'n' nite face wash
How do I use the day 'n' nite face wash?
Twist the dispensing cap counter-clockwise and squeeze a nickel-sized amount on hands. Add water to lather. Gently massage over the face for 30 seconds and rinse thoroughly with water.
Is this facial cleanser good for sensitive skin?
Yes! Our cleanser is formulated for all skin types.
Is this cleanser suitable for dry skin?

Orders
MY ITEM(S) ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We are happy to offer Route Shipping Protection for all Insanely Clean orders. Simply keep this protection option on at checkout and your package will be protected in the event of damage. If your order includes Route Shipping Protection and you experience damage to your package while in transit, please contact support@insanelyclean.com and we will help you through the simple claim and replacement process. If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund or replacement. Refund/replacement requests for damaged orders must be made within 15 days of the delivery date. Requests after this point will be denied.
If your package is not protected with Route Shipping Protection, Insanely Clean is unable to accept any liability for damage to your order.

We are happy to offer Route Shipping Protection for all Insanely Clean orders. Simply keep this protection option on at checkout and your package will be protected in the event of loss or theft. If your order includes Route Shipping Protection and you experience loss/theft at delivery, please contact support@insanelyclean.com and we will help you through the simple claim and replacement process. Refund/replacement requests for lost or stolen packages must be made within 15 days of the “delivery date.” Requests after this point will be denied.

Where can I track my order?
When you place your order, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number that allows you to track your package. If you are unable to locate your tracking number, or have any other questions regarding shipping, please contact support@insanelyclean.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us at support@insanelyclean.com as soon as possible. Unfortunately, update and cancellation requests cannot always be accommodated. After a certain stage of order processing, orders can no longer be modified, but we will try our best to assist.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email shortly after that includes an order tracking link. If you created an account, you can log into your Insanely Clean account to see your order status and history.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I'VE PLACED AN ORDER?
Please contact us at support@insanelyclean.com as soon as possible. Due to our fulfillment and ordering process, we can’t promise that updates can be made to your order, but we will do our best to process your request.
MY ORDER SAYS IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Order issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received are considered stolen. You must email us within 10 days after the “delivery date”. There are also times the carrier will mark a package as “delivered” but it doesn’t get dropped off until the next day or so. If you still have not received the item after 2 business days, please reach out to us at support@insanelyclean.com

Shipping
Where does insanely clean ship?
At this time, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Rest assured, worldwide shipping will be available soon!
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time, but please sign-up for our email newsletter to be the first to know when Insanely Clean is available in your country.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
You will be notified of your shipping costs when you get to the online checkout when placing your order. After the shipping address has been entered, the shipping cost will display on the checkout page.
When will my order ship?
Processing normally takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1:00 pm EST are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Billing
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as the order has been processed. That is to say, expect a charge within 3-5 business days.
CAN I CHANGE MY BILLING ADDRESS AFTER I'VE PLACED AN ORDER?
Unfortunately, we cannot change your billing address after the order has been processed. Rest assured, your order will still arrive at your door.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, JCB Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Facebook Pay, and Google Pay.

How can I pause, edit, or cancel my subscription?
You can edit or cancel your subscription via the link you receive in each subscription
email. If you created an account, you can log into your Insanely Clean account to view and edit your subscription. Please email us at support@insanelyclean.com for any assistance or questions.
How can I skip or reschedule a charge?
You can skip or reschedule the charge via the link you receive in each subscription email or by logging into your Insanely Clean account. Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip payment button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge. You can reschedule the charge by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.
What happens if the payment can’t be processes?
If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.
